The General Manager performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
• Supervise other managers and staff of different departments
• Coordinate business operations
• Develop business strategies and goals
• Regulatory compliance
• Develop and oversee operating and financial budget
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently
• Make presentations to top executive staff
• Write reports on business operations for the executive staff
• Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective business
management


Oversee and management of projects department including
• Project planning
• Project implementation
• Project control
• Project evaluation
• Project reporting

Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma/B.Sc Degree
• Preferably a Degree in Business Economics/Project Management
• SACPMCP Registered will an advantage
• At least 2 years’ management experience
• Effective management of people
• Knowledge of Candy and Buildsmart software would be an advantage
